Meal 1: 1/2 cup Oatmeal, Flaxseed, 1tbsp Honey, 4 Egg Whites & 1 Yolk scrambled
Meal 2: Greek Yogurt, Berries, Walnuts or 2 ounces of Chicken with Roasted Vegetables
Meal 3: 4-5 ounces of Lean Meat, ½ cup Brown Rice, 1 cup of Veggies
Meal 4: Protein Pancakes, 1 tbsp Natural Nut Butter
Meal 5: 4 ounces Lean Meat, large Salad with Olive Oil or Avocado Oil, and Roasted Vegetables.

I know what it feels like to want to be in shape and compete and not know where to begin. I know how it feels to want to be a fitness model and wonder how everyone else did it. Most recently, I have wondered if my body would return to its pre-pregnancy state. I have also grappled with injuries and insecurities and through it all I have never considered giving up! Being healthy and staying fit is a choice I make all day every day. You cannot buy good health you choose it, daily with every bite of food and every workout, it is all your choice.
